A 15 year veteran of the IT industry, Julian’s primary background is in providing technology support to financial services firms. Prior to founding SymbioSystems, Julian worked as a systems consultant for Kohlberg Kravis and Roberts. Julian spent seven years as a Partner in Aethion Systems Integration, a boutique IT outsourcing company servicing clients in the investment banking industry, including Passport Capital, Vista Equity Partners, Crosslink Capital and other firms in San Francisco.
Bryan McNally, Managing Partner

A native of Ireland, Bryan began his journey in the corporate IT world at the famous Guinness Brewery in Dublin almost 30 years ago. Developing a keen understanding of business culture and a greater sense of how to adapt technology to meet business needs, Bryan took his skills to the United Kingdom where he worked on the development team at the BBC World Service in London, and later at Christie's Auctioneers. After moving to the United States in 1992, he joined the IT management team at Science Applications International Corporation in San Francisco, before starting his consulting career at Fog City Networks (later Aethion Systems) where he met Julian Sutter. In 2002 he started JSi Networks, a provider of IT services in the San Francisco Bay Area, and in 2011 merged with SymbioSystems.

After receiving his degree in Information Systems Management from UC Santa Cruz, Evan went on to support clients in the investment banking industry while working for Aethion Systems Integration, LLC where he was head of the desktop support team.

Philip has over 13 years of experience in the IT and security departments of some of the largest names in the Silicon Valley, including Netscape, Sun Microsystems, and Amazon.com. Most recently, Philip has served as the Manager of IT for Amazon's A9.com and as an Information Security specialist for data analytics firm Palantir. Philip has built his career working with Open Source technologies with a focus on enterprise security and large-scale deployments.

Joe has been working with computers and technology for almost 10 years. He is a business owner and entrepeanuer. He is trained in industry leading software for graphic design, marketing, video production, and website design/maintenece. Joe has a natural ability to combine various technologies that enhance a users experience and increase efficiency. Having grown up in the technological boom of the 90's, he has learned how to adapt to the exponential growth of information technology today.
